2 Broke Girls Mondays at 8:30 PM on CBS
Series Premiere September 19 at 9:30 PM
In this half-hour, female-driven comedy,
Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs play two waitresses in their
twenties - Max, who comes from a poor working-class family,
and Caroline, who was born rich but is now down on her
luck. While working in a Brooklyn restaurant, the two
become fast friends and develop a dream of one day opening
a cupcake shop together - meaning they'll need to raise
the small sum of $250,000. The show chronicles not just
their quest for this dream, but simply their lives trying
to make ends meet. Sounds simple enough, but Kat Dennings
has yet to steer us wrong with her talent, her humor and
her choices! So, we're thinking this is going to provide
us with some quality laughs.
Ringer Tuesdays at 9 PM on The CW
Series Premiere September 13
If you haven't heard about this show yet,
then you, quite literally, must have been living under
a rock. It is the series that many have been waiting for:
the series that brought Sarah Michelle Gellar back to
TV. That's right, this formerly vampire-slaying beauty
will be the lead role in this new series… or, rather,
we should say roles. She plays Bridget, a woman, who,
after witnessing a murder, goes on the run, hiding out
and assuming the life of (her other role) Siobhan, her
wealthy identical twin sister. But when Siobhan commits
suicide, she quickly learns that Bridget may have escaped
her hectic life, but taken on one even more chaotic than
her own. There is no way you will want to miss an episode
of this series.
Criminal Minds Wednesdays at 9 PM on CBS
Season Premiere September 21
Last season, we had both our beloved JJ,
played by AJ Cook, and Emily, played by Paget Brewster,
rather unfairly and certainly unnecessarily taken from
us. But after suffering from the extreme backlash of fans,
the execs have made the right - and, really, only - decision
and both JJ and Emily will be joining the rest of our
absolute favorite ensemble. Yes, we're sure this will
prove to bring new troubles to the BAU unit, but we know
that its worth when something like a family like that
is at stake. So as this stellar series returns for a sure-to-be
incredible season filled with more haunting and harrowing
cases, but a good deal of happy endings and new beginnings.
Don't miss a single moment!
The Chew Weekdays at 1 PM on ABC
Series Premiere September 26
Talk shows never get old, whether we use
them for sources of news and entertainment, relaxation
or even background noise. But the newest talk show to
join the daytime line-up is going to try and mix everything
we could want in with food! Come on, we know we all love
food shows, and now with the help of familiar faces Mario
Batali, Carla Hall, Michael Symon, Clinton Kelly and Daphne
Oz as co-hosts and experts in everything from food, style
and entertaining, they'll show how life and it's best
moments center around food. Meanwhile, we'll get the dish
on everything and anything related to the world of food
and beyond. With those personalities on board, it's sure
to be a lively "chew" everyday!
